About Us

Ever since Jim and Fannie rented the first cottage in 1935, our philosophy has remained the same: Treat every guest like family. Now, four generations later, we’ve come a long way from those cottages on the hill and every day we’re showing our guests our passion for hospitality. For over 60 years, Hope and Peter welcomed guests to The Naswa Resort. Now their children and grandchildren continue to take pride in making every guest’s experience at the Naswa one to remember. Our location in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire makes us the perfect spot for Hub & Spoke Itineraries - central to the White Mountains and Seacoast.

Nestled between our natural springs and the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, Naswa gives our guests the best that New Hampshire hospitality has to offer. Our comfortable Lakeside Rooms, Suites and Cottages offer private balconies, lake views, refrigerator, in-room coffee makers, hair dryers, cable television, wake-up service and complimentary Wi-Fi - we strive to give our guests a vacation that they will always remember!

Blue Bistro - Breakfast, functions and dinner overlooking the lake!
Serving hearty breakfasts and exquisitely crafted dinners, our restaurant provides elegant dining overlooking the beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee sunsets. A dining experience not to be missed!

The “World Famous” NazBar & Grill offers everything you need for a classic beachside resort experience. Enjoying dinner and exotic cold beverages on the sandy beach at the NazBar & Grill is a great way to spend a sunny afternoon. Pack your Hawaiian shirt and twirl your toes in the sand!

Whether your plans call for an overnight or a multi-day stay, we’re sure your family will remember the personal attention and unparalleled service they received at the Naswa Resort. Let our hospitality team tend to the details, and rest assured that your stay at the Naswa will be one to remember.
