General Resort Information
Where is The NASWA Resort located?
Weβre located at 1086 Weirs Boulevard, Laconia, New Hampshireβright on the shimmering shores of Lake Winnipesaukee and just minutes from Weirs Beach.
Is parking available?
Yes! Complimentary parking is available for all guests staying at the resort. Additional parking is available for day visitors dining at the NazBar & Grill or Blue Bistro.
Reservations & Check-In
What time is check-in and check-out?
- Check-in: 4:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
Late check-outs may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Whatβs the cancellation policy?
Daily reservation deposits will be refunded with a notice of cancellation prior to seven days of arrival, less a $25 processing fee.Β Notices received within the seven-day period will forfeit the entire deposit.Β Weekly, five-day and special event reservation deposits are non-refundable.
Do I need to make a deposit?
A deposit equivalent to one nightβs stay is required at the time of booking. Additional policies may apply for group bookings and special events.
Accommodations
Are dogs allowed?
- Yes, we offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations! Pet reservations must be made by phone to ensure availability. Thereβs a $25 per dog, per night fee and a refundable $100 deposit.
Is smoking permitted?
All of our rooms, suites, and cottages are non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are available on property.
Do the rooms have lake views?
Many of our rooms and cottages offer breathtaking views of Lake Winnipesaukee. When booking, look for options labeled βLakeviewβ or βBeachfront.β
Do the rooms have kitchen facilities?
We offer studio suites and cottages with full kitchensβperfect for longer stays or families wanting a home-away-from-home feel.
Dining
What are the dining options on-site?
Weβre proud to offer two distinct dining experiences:
NazBar & Grill β A lively, toes-in-the-sand beachfront bar and grill serving tropical drinks, casual fare, and live music.
Blue Bistro β A lakeview restaurant offering breakfast and dinner with locally inspired dishes and βHope Madeβ desserts.
Do I need a reservation?
We recommend reservations for the Blue Bistro, especially during peak weekends and holidays. The NazBar is first-come, first-served.
Is there a dress code?
Dress casually and comfortably! We do ask that shirts and shoes be worn in all dining areas.

Yes! From live music at the NazBar to themed events like Mardi Gras Weekend and Reggae Fest, thereβs always something happening at The NASWA.
Can I bring my boat?
Absolutely. We offer complimentary dock space for guests, with additional slips available for those dining at our restaurants.
Dog Policy
What accommodations are dog-friendly?
We offer limited dog-friendly units in our Inn Building, Studio Suites, and select Cottages. Please call us directly to book dog-friendly accommodations.
What is included in the dog stay?
Upon check-in, your pup will receive a Welcome Kit with treats, a toy, dog bedding, bowls, and waste bags. We want our four-legged guests to feel as welcome as you do!
Are there dog rules I should know?
Dogs must be leashed and under control at all times
Dogs are not allowed on the beach or in food & beverage areas
Guests must clean up after dogs and walk them in designated areas
Housekeeping services are only provided when dogs are not in the room
Accessibility & Safety
Is the resort accessible?
We strive to accommodate all guests. Please contact us before your visit to discuss accessibility needs so we can make your stay as comfortable as possible.
What are your safety and sanitation practices?
Guest well-being is our top priority. We utilize hospital-grade disinfectants and have implemented IWAVE air purification systems in select areas. Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the resort.
