For 90 years, Hope Makris was the heart of NASWA’s hospitality, and her famous homemade desserts remain a cherished part of her legacy. Today, her daughter, Cynthia Makris, lovingly carries on the tradition, overseeing the Blue Bistro and every Tommy Bahama Cake, carrot cake, and crème brûlée with the same passion and care.
