Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Effective August 7, 2026
The NASWA Resort uses advertising and analytics technologies on https://naswa.com that may result in the
“sale” or “sharing” of your personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer
Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar state privacy laws. “Sharing” here means disclosing
personal information — such as identifiers and browsing activity collected through cookies — to
advertising partners (Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Pinterest, CartStack, and Flip.to) for cross-context behavioral advertising. This can occur
even though we do not receive money for it.
You have the right to opt out. You can do so in any of these ways:
1. Use the cookie-preferences control
Open Cookie Preferences (link in the Site footer) and turn off the Marketing and Statistics
categories, then save. This stops the advertising and analytics technologies from operating on your
browser.
2. Send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal
If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we automatically treat
it as a valid opt-out request for that browser and device — no further action needed. Browsers such as
Brave include GPC; other browsers support it via an extension.
3. Submit a request to us
Email [email protected] with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share,” or write to us at
1086 Weirs Blvd, Laconia, NH 03246. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask
the agent for proof of authorization.
What happens next
Your opt-out applies to the browser and device where you set it. If you clear your cookies or use a
different browser or device, you may need to opt out again. We will not discriminate against you for
exercising this right.
