The NASWA Resort (“The NASWA Resort,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to
these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

submit any request or booking through it. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Reservations, bookings, and payments

Any reservation, booking, deposit, or payment made through the Site is subject to the specific rates,
availability, deposit, cancellation, and refund policies presented at the time of booking, as well as the
terms of our reservation and payment providers (our reservation and booking provider, PayPal). We are not
responsible for errors made by third-party booking or payment providers. Confirmed reservations are
subject to our on-site rules and policies.

5. User-submitted content

If you submit content to the Site (such as a review or comment), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-
free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with the Site. You are
responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the rights to submit it. We may remove
content at our discretion.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible
for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and
subject to their terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The NASWA Resort and its owners, employees, and agents will not
be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of
profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of
such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S.
dollars ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The NASWA Resort and its owners, employees, and agents from any
claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use
of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-
of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in
New Hampshire, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective
date, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the changes.
